We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Inspector to join our clients team. Our client pride themselves on maintaining the highest standards of safety and functionality across all our sites. Location: Sites across London / Head Office in East London, will need to attend once a weekSalary: £35-£40k per annum

Role Overview:As a Facilities Inspector, you will be responsible for visiting various schemes under the clients management to ensure all on-site facilities and equipment are fully functional and compliant with safety regulations. You will perform regular checks and inspections on critical systems and report any issues or required maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of Automatic Opening Vents (AOVs), smoke vents, and other fire safety equipment.
• Ensure emergency systems such as lift lines, switches, and emergency lights are operating correctly.
• Identify and report any malfunctions or areas in need of repair.
• Liaise with the maintenance team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Keep accurate records of inspections and maintenance reports.
• Follow all health and safety regulations while on-site.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in facilities inspection, property management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of fire safety systems and emergency equipment is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple sites.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with on-site teams and management.
• Driving license required.
