Introduction

Our client, a reputable public sector organization, is seeking a skilled Team Leader (278/38 Team) to join their team in Warwick. This is a contract position within the HTP discipline, focusing on Section 278 projects.

Key Responsibilities

Providing leadership and guidance to the 278/38 Team
Managing and coordinating projects related to Section 278
Overseeing the planning and implementation of works, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies
Managing budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure efficient project execution
Supervising and mentoring team members, providing support and guidance as needed
Ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures at all times

Job Requirements

Significant experience in managing Section 278 projects
Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to effectively manage budgets, resources, and schedules
Capability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
