Practice Manager

Location: HA5

Salary: £35K- £38K DOE

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours, 08:30 - 17:30, one-hour break 14:00 - 15:00

* Brand new modern Orthodontic specialist practice, opened in early 2024

* Mixed NHS/ PVT, however currently focused on building private portfolio

* Previous experience with management and driving targets is preferred

Main Responsibilities:

* Ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the practice

* Support the practice partner in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (for example CQC, NHS, RQIA, Health and Safety)

* Take line management responsibility for all employees within the practice including responsibility for motivation, objective-setting, training, recruitment and performance management

* Take responsibility for and supervise all banking procedures, including deposits, payments, and checking bank statements and NHS claims (dental software Dentally)

* Provide the best care to our patients, ensuring their patient journey aligns with their needs and expectations

* Duties as necessary for the efficient operation of the practice

* 'Manage from the front' and be present at the reception desk where necessary (there are two computers)
