HR Officer

Temporary role - Immediate start 

£up to 19.48 p/h

We have partnered with a fantastic client of ours in the Education sector who are looking for an experienced HR Officer to work along side a supportive HR team to provide a responsive and high quality service covering generalist tasks including recruitment, employment law, policies and ER casework.

Main responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Providing generalist support and advice to senior managers 
• Supporting with Employee Relations case work
• Ensuring polices and procedures are implemented correctly
• Coordinating the end to end recruitment activity 
• Maintaining all internal HR systems

The successful candidate:

• HR Officer level experience ideally from an educational background
• Excellent knowledge of HR policies and Employment Law in an advisory capacity
• HR systems experience
