We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Deputy Nursery Manager to join our welcoming team in Winchmore Hill!

The Role

As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the nursery, working closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure the smooth running of the setting. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will support staff, oversee operations, and ensure high standards of care and education are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting the Nursery Manager in all aspects of running the nursery.

* Leading and mentoring staff to ensure the delivery of outstanding childcare practices.

* Ensuring compliance with EYFS and safeguarding standards.

* Building positive relationships with parents, children, and the wider community.

* Assisting with staff rotas and managing daily operations efficiently.

* Supporting the development and implementation of the nursery's policies and procedures.

About You

We are looking for a caring, motivated, and experienced childcare professional who is ready to step into a leadership role.

Essential Requirements:

* A minimum of Level 3 in Childcare or Early Years Education (or equivalent).

* Proven experience in a leadership role within an early years setting.

* Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework and Ofsted requirements.

* Strong organizational and communication skills.

* A passion for early childhood education and development.
