Salary: £24,000 - £35,000 per annum, OTE
Package: £23-25K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K OTE Year 1) (£60K OTE Year 3)

The Role:

Business Development and building business relationships

Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates.

Negotiating and objection handling.

Qualifying candidates and building candidate networks.

Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews.
