Job Overview

* Job Title: 7.5t Driver

* Location: Bristol

* Start Times: 6:00 AM or 10:30 AM

* Pay Rates:

* £15.59/hour for 6:00 AM starts

* £16.07/hour for 10:30 AM starts

* Overtime Rate: £23.54/hour (applies after completing a 5th shift in the same week)

Key Details

* Shifts: typically 4 per week

* Transport: Own transport required to commute to the site

* Induction: Completion of an induction is mandatory for the role

* Saturday Work: Availability for at least 2 Saturdays per month is essential

Responsibilities

* Deliver packages safely and efficiently to customers' homes across the Bristol area.

* Provide exceptional customer service by communicating delivery updates and ensuring professional interactions.

* Load and unload goods with care, ensuring safe handling.

* Maintain accurate records for deliveries and adhere to reporting requirements.

* Follow all traffic laws and safety guidelines.

* Assist with furniture assembly in customers' homes when required.

What We're Looking For

* License: Valid 7.5 tonne (Category C1) driving license with CPC and digital tachograph card.

* Experience: Previous experience in multi-drop or furniture delivery is a plus.

* Skills: Strong communication, time management, and a customer-focused attitude.

* Appearance: Professional and presentable to represent the company positively.

* Work Ethic: Reliable, proactive, and willing to comply with random drug and alcohol testing.
