Benefits: Full comprehensive benefits packageThe role of the Commercial Manager - Glazing Systems will involve:

• Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager position dealing with a range of secondary glazing systems

• Build, manage and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, sub-contractors, engineers, suppliers and other construction professionals
• Coordinating estimating, sales and installation for each project
• Providing handovers to installation team and monitoring commercial elements until complete
• Qualifying and approving suppliers and sub-contractors to maintain high-quality standards
• Manage job costing throughout each project from design to completion and producing regular financial reports
• Working on projects varying in value from £10k to £5m

The ideal applicant will be Commercial Manager - Glazing Systems with:

• Must be a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager within the construction industry
• Ideally will have experience with glazing systems or a technical related product background such as: secondary glazing, windows, window hardware, architectural glazing, glazing, windows & doors
• Must be an outgoing character who will be an integral part of the team
• Ideally will have minimum HNC/HND or equivalent in a construction related field
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
• Commercial awareness, excellent numeracy and literacy skills
• Effective time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
