Accounts Receivable Clerk

£28,000 + Pension

This is a brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic and determined Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a established local employer and support their expansion programme.

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing the accounts receivable function, raising sales invoices and minimising the risk of bad debt

- Producing client sales invoices, credit notes and monthly statements and sending out promptly

- Collating all daily receipts, allocating payments, preparing reports and producing banking documentation

- Preparing weekly debtor reports and chasing payments by telephone, email and correspondence

- Managing any invoice queries that arise and ensuring all issues are investigated and resolved promptly

- Reconciling ledger at month-end and preparing debtor reports for the management team
