Key Responsibilities

Provide tailored support to students who need extra help with their learning

Work alongside teaching staff to deliver engaging lessons and classroom activities

Support pupils during lessons, helping them stay focused and motivated

Encourage positive behaviour and build strong working relationships with students

Required Experience

No specific qualifications required, but previous experience working with children or young people is beneficial

A calm and patient approach, with strong communication skills

Ability to build rapport and motivate secondary-aged students
