Position: Lead Engineer

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £50,000 to £52,000

We are looking an experienced Building Services Engineer for a Lead position based on a large static site in London

This position will be working within a multi story office block occupied with a national company.

The position will be a working supervisor position, managing a small team of engineers as well as keeping the site compliant.

We would prefer this lead to have a strong electrical background so that they can support the mechanical engineers on site. They need to have a good health and safety background and a strong understanding of site compliance.

This position could also suit an engineer who is looking to take their next step up into a supervisor position.

Requirements

• Strong background in commercial building services maintenance
• Experience working as a lead engineer
• Based in a commutable location to central London
• Electrical level 3 qualified would be preferred
• Holding additional electrical qualifications such as test and inspect of appointed person would be great
• Happy to work as a working supervisor
• Good man management skills
• Must be customer service focused

• Basic salary based on a 40 hourweek
