Description

The responsibilities for the Product Manager will include:

Manage the end-to-end product development process, from initial concept through to product launch.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new product development opportunities for which the Society has permissions.
Ensure all new and existing products comply with UK regulatory requirements
Review the market for emerging trends and gaps to inform product strategies.
Produce proposals and reports for management regarding new products or the performance of existing products.
Provide training and support to sales teams and customer service representatives on new products and updates.
Work closely with senior stakeholders.Profile

A successful Product Manager - Financial Services should have:

3+ years experience in a product manager or propositions role within financial services - insurance experience in preferred.
Demonstrated success in creating and launching customer-focused product propositions.
Exceptional project management capabilities, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams
Proven experience working with digital platforms and collaborating with technical teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with expertise in translating data-driven insights into practical strategies.
Adaptable and highly effective in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
