Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards.

Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student performance and behaviour.
Organise classroom activities, including educational trips and events that enhance the learning experience.
Maintain classroom discipline while promoting respect and cooperation among students.Requirements

A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) is essential.
Strong knowledge of the primary education curriculum.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to inspire and motivate young learners in a diverse classroom setting.
Experience working with children in an educational environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
