AV Commissioning Engineer / Technical Installation Engineer
Bedford / M1 Corridor (Field Based)

The Role: As a Technical Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation of corporate AV systems and carrying out commissioning and testing of any installed equipment. This role is field-based, covering the Bedford / M1 Corridor area.
Key Duties: - Install corporate AV hardware, including control systems, projectors, screens, cabling, cameras, microphones, and speakers.
- Build data racks to a high standard of tidiness and quality.
- Configure audio DSPs, including Biamp, QSC, Dante, Cisco, and Poly.
- Commission and test installed systems.
- Provide product training and handover to clients upon completion.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
Essential Qualities and Skills: - Minimum of 1 year of AV installation experience.
- Ability to configure control systems and DSPs (Biamp, QSC, Dante, Cisco, Poly).
- Ability to pass security vetting / DBS checks.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Preferred Qualities and Skills: - CTS certification.
- Manufacturer certifications with Biamp, QSC, or Dante.
Package: - Salary: £40,000 - £42,000.
