Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support where needed
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance student outcomes
Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a focused learning atmosphereWhat We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in a secondary setting (KS3 and KS4, with KS5 experience desirable)
Strong subject knowledge in your specialist area
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
