About the Role

We are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson on behalf of a well-established Lettings Agency. This role involves a range of maintenance and repair tasks across residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical work, along with a proactive and professional approach.

Key Responsibilities

* General plumbing, including leak repairs, installations, and unblocking drains

* Carpentry work, such as door and window fitting, skirting board installation, and joinery

* Basic electrical repairs (subject to relevant qualifications)

* Painting, decorating, tiling, and minor brickwork repairs

* Conducting property inspections and preventative maintenance

* Providing excellent customer service and maintaining professionalism on-site

Requirements

* Proven experience in a multi-skilled trades role

* Strong skills in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance

* Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively

* Full UK driving licence (essential)

* Relevant trade qualifications (desirable but not essential)
