A UK wide, Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their fast paced Cost Management division in London.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The Associate Quantity Surveyor, with the support of a Partner where necessary, shall manage a Quantity Surveying team, help deliver projects, as well as preparing fees and bids.

Project wise, the successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will work across a mix of healthcare, residential, heritage and university schemes across London and the South East.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• Strong Quantity Surveying technical knowledge
• Client facing
• Preferably MRICS
• Either experience or an eagerness to be involved in business development
• Good management skills
• Cost Management / Consultancy background
