Salary: £130 - £190 Per day

Job Duties:

Plan and deliver engaging psychology lessons to students.
Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments and exams.
Provide support and guidance to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and teaching methods.

Required Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Degree in Psychology or related field.
Experience in teaching psychology at the secondary level.
Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
Proven experience teaching psychology to secondary school students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire students.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate qualification in Education or Psychology.
Experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
Participation in continuous professional development in education.

Working Conditions:

Full-Time position with regular school hours.
Classroom-based teaching with some administrative duties.
Opportunities for professional development and training.
Salary range of £130 - £190 per day based on experience and qualifications.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
