What we need

We have an exciting opportunity for a People Administrator to join our amazing People and Organisational Development team and support the implementation and roll out of our new people system. Project Connect will support with bringing together People, Finance and Payroll systems to give a seamless end to end user experience.

In this fast-paced environment, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR functions of the project, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. We need someone who can anticipate needs, work creatively to solve problems, and keep things moving in a constantly evolving setting.

About you

The successful candidate will have a keen ability to anticipate problems and develop creative solutions and should be comfortable working in administrative departments and possess strong organisational skills.

Experience in HR administrative tasks, including managing employee records, onboarding, and supporting HR processes, are essential.

Additionally, you should have excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to a wide range of stakeholders.
