Imperial Recruitment Group are looking for 2 builders cleaners to work on a construction site in Darlington.

The construction site requires builders / sparkle cleans of completed new build houses and apartments.

The general duties of the role are:

• Perform thorough cleaning of domestic and commercial properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and offices.
• Carry out deep cleaning tasks as required, focusing on areas that need extra attention.
• Assist with specialised cleaning tasks such as biohazard cleaning, mould removal, and after-builders cleans. (training will be provided for this for those interested)
• Use and maintain cleaning equipment and products safely and efficiently.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.

Previous experience in builder cleaning would be ideal.

Shifts are Mon-Fri8am-3.30pm

Pay rate : £11.50 per hour
