  • OpenBox, Impact, DocoSoft, RMS, Workday, ProCede (ideal but not essential).
  • supporting AV/Media support, Crestron technology, Signage Live (ideal but not essential).
  • backups and restores.
  • Be confident leading a small team, acting as an escalation/referral point where necessary.
