HR & Payroll Operations Manager - £90-100K plus bonus - 12 month FTC - Marble Arch
My client is a leading financial services firm with a reputation for excellence in all that they do.
Due to a maternity cover they are seeking a HR & Payroll Operations Manager to join them on a 12 month FTC.
To be considered successful, the ideal applicant must -
- have a proven track record of both HR operations experience and UK payroll experience
- have had exposure to global mobility and shadow payrolls
- be confident to liaise with a cross section of stakeholders
- have a lead by example management approach
- ability to think strategically and be adaptable in a fast paced and ever changing environment
- have experience of payrolling benefits
- intermediate level of Excel
- strong HR ops background with a desire to constantly evolve both team performance as well as continuous improvement within the function
- be flexible to work from the office 3 days per week
- availability to start in January/February
Experience within financial/professional services will be highly regarded.
