Responsibilities - MET Technician / MET Strip Fitter

Carry out mechanical, electrical, and trim (MET) repairs on damaged vehicles
Diagnose faults and complete repairs to manufacturer specifications
Perform geometry work and four-wheel alignment
Use diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve issues
Disassemble and reassemble vehicle parts as required
Conduct quality control checks to ensure high standards of repair
Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre
Maintain accurate job records and adhere to safety standards

Requirements - MET Technician / MET Strip Fitter

Recognised apprenticeship or NVQ / ATA / IMI / SVQ qualification
Experience working as an MET Technician / MET Strip Fitter in a busy Bodyshop
Strong knowledge of vehicle repair techniques
Experience with geometry work and four-wheel alignment
Diagnostic training preferred
Team player with a self-motivated approach to earning bonus hours
