Job Title: Contracts Manager
Location: London & Kent
Salary: £70,000 + £5,000 travel allowance

Responsibilities:

* Oversee the management and delivery of commercial building contracts.

* Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

* Lead and manage teams, including engineers and subcontractors.

* Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

* Monitor financial performance, contracts, and compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in contract management within commercial buildings.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations.

* Ability to manage budgets and project timelines effectively.

* Full UK driving license preferred
