Yorkshire Community Healthcare are looking for empathetic, compassionate and caringSupport Workers in Leeds.

Yorkshire Community Healthcare is a complex care provider who strive to fulfil all of their clients physical, mental, clinical and non-clinical care needs.

Job Specifics:

You would be required to support a woman with a learning disability and epilepsy with her daily living tasks i.e., prompting personal care, domestic tasks, planning activities, administering medication, support with shopping and accessing bus routes, and general emotional and communication support.

Shift Pattern:

24/7 package of care

Hours to be negotiated at interview

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to complete the physical aspects of the role such as Moving and handling
• At least 6-months of UK based care experience
• Knowledge of complex care is desired
• Are willing to do alternative weekends or 1 weekend out of 4
• All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check
