My client is looking for a Mechanical Site Manager to work on a commercial refurbishment project
LOCATION - Bradford
START - 12/05/25
RATE - £340 per day
HOURS - 45 Per week
DURATION - 30 weeks
DUTIES -
* Responsible for for the delivery of the mechanical package on site.
* Manage a team of 15, a mixture of the clients directly employed guys and subbies
* Attend site meetings and hold tool box talks
* Reporting into Project Manager, ensuring project is being completed within specific time frames
* Responsibility for Health & Safety of the mechanical works being carried
* Responsible for RAMS on-site
Must Have
* SMSTS
* Skill Card/Gold card in Plumbing or Pipefitting
* Strong leadership skills
* Previous Experience
