We are working with a leading fintech that is looking for a Compliance Monitoring Officer to join the Compliance team where you will work and ensure the highest standards of ethical conduct and regulatory adherence.

Your Role:

• Design & Implement: Develop and oversee a risk-based compliance monitoring and testing program (CMT).
• Daily Operations: Monitor and execute the CMT program, and update policies and procedures.
• Team Guidance: Provide expert support to team members.

Your Impact:

• Program Design: Define objectives, scope, and addressed risks.
• Methodology Development: Identify key risks and refine monitoring/testing processes.
• Program Execution: Lead annual CMT plan execution, review policies, and implement new controls.
• Policy & Reporting: Draft compliance reports, assist stakeholders, and develop issue tracking systems.

About you!

• Degree in a relevant field or professional qualification
• Excellent experience in Compliance or Risk Management
• Experience within compliance testing, monitoring, or audit programs
• Strong knowledge of regulations and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage complex tasks independently
