Job Title: Learning Experience Lead - Global Biopharmaceutical

Contract: 12 months

Location: Manchester (Fully remote)

Salary: £38.38 per hour (Outside IR35)

Hours: 40 hours per week

The Learning Experience Lead will be a key member of the global program delivery team and will work closely with the change and adoption Lead to enable a smooth transition and drive adoption by designing, delivering a comprehensive and user centric training and resources.

Training Development and evaluation:

Design and develop a targeted user-centric training plan focusing on innovative workplace learning experience
Collaborate with the change and Adoption Lead, Regional harmonization Leads and other program members to meet the program delivery plan.
Laise with key stakeholders and cross-functional team members for alignment on key requirements.
Conduct a comprehensive training needs analysis to develop relevant structured curriculum for different user groups that includes system functionality, compliance requirements and best practice.
Create user friendly training materials such as user guides/knowledge articles, video tutorials and e-learning modules.
Facilitate translation of training contact as required
Define and Implement training evaluation methods for continuous improvement.
Implement a sustainable training development for future release management.

Essential Skills:

Proven track record of designing and delivering training programs for HR or workforce management systems.
Competent in using training development tools such as Camtasia and Adobe Suite.
Competent in knowledge management processes
Fluency in training content development systems
Experience of working in fast paced global transformation program

Training Delivery:

Deliver practical training sessions for different user group customised to their skill levels to equip them to use the platform and processes confidently.
