We are looking for a Senior Compliance Consultant to join a Lloyd's of London insurer to support its compliance function on a part-time contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional with deep expertise in the Lloyd's and London Market to provide strategic guidance and regulatory support to a highly respected insurer.
Key Responsibilities - Provide expert compliance advisory services in line with Lloyd's and FCA regulatory requirements.
- Support the compliance team with regulatory reporting, governance frameworks, and policy implementation.
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and advise on best practices.
- Assist with regulatory changes and ensure the company maintains adherence to industry regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on compliance matters.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and stakeholders where necessary.
Requirements
- Extensive compliance experience within Lloyd's of London or the wider London insurance market.
- Strong knowledge of FCA, PRA, and Lloyd's regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to provide strategic compliance advice at a senior level.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and provide pragmatic solutions.
