Manage incoming inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to clients.

Coordinate sales activities and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Process orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Maintain and update the CRM system with client information and sales progress.

Support the sales team by preparing quotes and proposals.

Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.

Participate in sales meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.

Proven experience as an Internal Sales Coordinator or similar role.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
