Do you have what it takes?

Previous management experience is a prerequisite for this role.
Proven track record in effectively managing and inspiring a diverse team.
Cash-handling experience and a strong understanding of financial management.
A genuine passion for hostels and creating memorable experiences for guests.
Extensive background in the hospitality industry, including bars, hotels, and hostels is a must.
Demonstrated success in increasing trade, sales, and overall business performance.
What will your role involve?

Leading and motivating a team of six individuals, inspiring them to uphold the highest standards.
Providing exceptional customer service by personally meeting and greeting our guests.
Regularly liaising with the owner to drive the business forward and ensure continued success.
Addressing customer comments and complaints with professionalism and care.
Troubleshooting and resolving any operational issues, occasionally assisting with light maintenance tasks.
Ensuring the safety and security of the building, including effective management of CCTV systems.
Conducting regular inspections of the premises and services to maintain quality standards.
Managing our in-house booking system, overseeing website development, and promptly handling cancellations and no-shows.
Ensuring compliance with licensing, health and safety, and other statutory requirements.
Planning work schedules for all staff members and efficiently allocating resources.
Identifying training needs and managing the performance of staff to foster professional growth.
