IT Support Analyst
 
Location: Cheshire (Hybrid)
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.
Assist clients with Active Directory management, including user and group administration, Group Policies, and troubleshooting.
Manage and support Office365 accounts, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Configure and maintain DNS and DHCP settings.
Troubleshoot and support Azure-based services and infrastructure.
Document support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Escalate complex issues to 2nd line support or relevant teams as needed.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies. 
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a 1st line support role or similar technical support position.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, Office365, DNS, and DHCP.
Familiarity with Azure services and infrastructure.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
