We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will act as a Personal Assistant to the Director, manage weekly timesheets, and handle various administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and has excellent communication skills.

Day to day of the role:
  • Acting as a Personal Assistant to the Director, including handling letters, applications for payment, and organising flights.
  • Collating weekly timesheets from site personnel for the Director’s review.
  • Performing data input on the Purchase Ledger.
  • Maintaining details of a small fleet, arranging changes for DART, TFL, fuel, etc.
  • Liaising with Site Supervisors for deliveries, training, and other needs.
  • Assisting with the preparation of weekly wages.
  • Attending to post and managing office consumables.
  • Serving as the receptionist and office administrator, ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong numeracy and data entry skills
  • Flexible and pragmatic
