Nursery Practitioner

Salary: Up to £29,000

40 hours per week

Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 or Montessori-qualified) to join their welcoming and inclusive nursery team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the development, learning, and well-being of children in a nurturing environment that values diversity, creativity, and high-quality early years education.

As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in providing engaging learning experiences that foster each child's curiosity, independence, and confidence.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 in Early Years or Montessori certification,
• Experience working in a nursery or early childhood education setting
• Strong understanding of child development and early years curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in all aspects of the role

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for the children
• Plan and implement curriculum activities that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development
• Maintain open and ongoing communication with parents and families
• Collaborate with a diverse team of educators to support the individual needs of all children
• Continuously engage in professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education
• Incorporate Montessori principles and practices, if applicable
• Adhere to safeguarding and health and safety regulations at all times
