Job Title: Project Manager - Roofing Division

Location: Yorkshire (Office-Based with Travel as Required)

Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE

Job Overview:
We are recruiting for an Project Manager to join the roofing division of a well-established retail construction company based in Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a variety of roofing projects within the retail sector, working with a company that prides itself on delivering high-quality results.

While experience in roofing is advantageous, it is not essential. Candidates with a strong construction background and a proven track record of managing projects will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of roofing projects for retail clients.

* Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.

* Attend site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.

* Prepare project schedules, budgets, and reports for senior management.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

* Proven experience in construction project management, ideally within the retail or commercial sector.

* Roofing experience is advantageous but not essential.

* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.

* Proficient in project planning tools and techniques.

* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required.
