Working as part of the team delivering the day-to-day front of house operation with our client in St Andrews ensuring first class levels of service to customers at all times.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with the front of house team to meet and greet customers
* Take orders and serve customers
* Resolve any customer queries and escalate where required to ensure customer satisfaction
* Keep an up to date and comprehensive knowledge of the food and drinks menus
* Assist with cleaning duties as required
Requirements
* National 5 qualifications, ore equivalent in English and Maths
* Experience working in a restaurant environment
* Experience in delivering excellent levels of customer service
