Key responsibilities:

Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, long-term relationships
Leading and mentoring junior team members
Coordinating and chairing Design Team Meetings, with a focus on cost management
Preparing detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and contract documentation
Overseeing complex and high-value projects, ensuring robust cost control throughoutThe Senior Quantity Surveyor

MRICS or currently working towards
Strong pre & post contract experience
Confident and client-facing individual
