If you're a natural leader with a flair for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless resident experience, this role is perfect for you!As the Senior Resident Manager, you will report to the Neighbourhood Manager and play a pivotal role in driving high standards of customer service. Your leadership will be crucial in managing the Property team to ensure smooth operations, supporting Relationship Managers, and resolving resident issues proactively.If you're ready to inspire and lead a team to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction, uphold property standards, and contribute to the overall success of our neighbourhood, we want to hear from you!

• Lead and manage the Property team to deliver exceptional customer service and resident experience
• Drive high standards of property management and resident satisfaction across all platforms
• Inspire, mentor, and coach the team to achieve outstanding performance against all KPIs

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in property management or real estate
