A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for an experienced Town Planner to join a dynamic and close-knit team of Planners in Edinburgh!

My client is an independent chartered Town Planning and Development Consultancy currently working to deliver a wide variety of development projects across the UK, on a range of excited projects within residential, retail, tourism, renewable energy, health & education, and rural and heritage.

The current team offer a full supply of planning services and are looking for an ambitious Town Planner to support the existing team. Some of the services provided include strategy & development appraisals, planning applications, appeals and expert witness, representations, community engagement and more!

Candidate Requirements

RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning, or equivalent qualification.
MRTPI chartership, or working toward the APC.
Previous experience in a planning role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Up to date knowledge of the Scottish Planning system.
