A professional and established Water Treatment outfit with a leading presence in the North West region are now seeking to take on a business minded and personable Water Treatment Account Manager. You will have a track record in managing a notable portfolio of Accounts able to follow up warm leads and upsell remaining services. Experience & Qualifications:
" Experience working for a reputable provider of Water Treatment services, working within a Sales / Account Management role.
" Excellent technical knowledge of Steam Boiler, Cooling and Process Water Systems.
" A chemistry related degree, A Level or WMSoc in Water Chemistry is desirable.
" Well versed in HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Excellent organisational skills.
" Able to communicate efficient via phone, email, and face to face.

The Role:
" Overseeing a portfolio of Steam Boiler, Cooling Tower and Closed System Accounts for heavy industry, food and beverage and other blue chip clients.
" Effectively managing own schedule, working from home and diarising site visits and client meetings.
" Following up on warm leads and referrals to secure new business.
" Correctly identifying opportunities to promote and upsell company products and services to successfully grow the business.
" Using onsite test kits to carry out sampling & analysis of steam boiler, cooling towers, and process systems.
" Acting as first point of contact for clients, as well as, visiting sites to meet with clients to provide technical support and advice.
" Ensuring work carried out complies with industry guidelines (HSG 274 / ACoP L8) and in line with agreed client timelines.
" Providing advice to clients on compliance and cost effective solutions.
" Ensuring work is carried out in line with agreed budgets.
" Assisting in the training in new and existing employees.
