Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for an Asset Surveyor to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Leeds.

What the job will be doing

* Managing & delivering housing surveys in line with HHSRS regulations

* Specifying repairs & managing their completion using the NAT Fed schedule of rates

* Strong administrative and IT skills

What you will need

* Extensive knowledge and experience in HHSRS

* Good knowledge of using NAT FED SORs

* Good admin and IT skills
