About the Role:

As a Payroll Supervisor you will possess attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a thorough understanding of payroll systems and regulations are essential. You will play a critical part in ensuring the company's payroll operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to employee satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Supervise a small team.
Process end-to-end weekly and monthly payrolls using BrightPay software.
Calculate and process statutory deductions (PAYE, National Insurance, pension contributions).
Investigate and resolve any payroll discrepancies.
Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager to improve payroll processes.
Maintain compliance with payroll regulations and our internal policies and processes.
About You:

At least 2 years' experience working within a payroll bureau or accountancy practice at supervisor level.
Proficiency in the use of Brightpay software.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, especially with the use of formulae.
Deep understanding of UK payroll regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively.
Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and team members.
