Randstad is recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker in Sutton to work in either a Locality or Court Team. Excellent salary offerings of £34,809 - £44,628.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• You will have an understanding of child development, including attachment theory.
• You will have knowledge of the assessment framework.
• You will relate theory to practice.
• You will assess and evaluate.
• You will communicate in writing to a high level (produce reports).
• You will communicate orally to a high level (present information clearly to service
• users/colleagues and other agencies.
• You must have good communication skills and be a team worker with the ability to work
• independently and manage a caseload.

Requirements:

• SWE registered
• Enhanced DBS
• Social Work Degree
• Completed ASYE
