Position: Clinical Lead
Location: Harrow, Greater London
Pay rate: £23 - £24 per hour (Depending on experience) + Excellent benefits!
Hours: 36 hours per week, including supernumeray hours

Our client, a leading care provider with multiple homes across the UK, is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join their state-of-the-art, purpose-built nursing home in Harrow.

The home cares for residents with diverse needs, including nursing care, residential, dementia & end of life care. With a GOOD CQC rating, the team at this home is passionate about providing the highest quality care in a compassionate and homely atmosphere.

As the Clinical Lead, you will have a fantastic management team in place for any assistance and the most up to date amenities and tech to support your role!

Responsibilities as Clinical Lead:

* Lead and supervise the care team, ensuring high standards of care

* Delegate tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operations

* Deliver person-centred care tailored to residents' needs

* Ensure clinical governance and regulatory compliance

* Motivate, train, and develop staff

* Report to the Home Manager

Requirements as a Clinical Lead:

* Registered nurse qualified

* Active NMC pin

* Previous elderly care experience & managing care staff
