Job Purpose - Managing a diverse portfolio, consisting mainly of trust and estate and personal tax clients
- Preparation and delivery of tax advice
- Supporting business development strategies, attending prospective meetings and quoting for services
- Monitoring team performance and profitability
- Supporting Partners and Directors by undertaking ad-hoc work where required
- Reviewing tax work, maintaining high standards at every step
- Overseeing junior team members, including workflow management, quality control, and providing training
- Building trusted client relationships, proactively handling queries and problem solving
- Keeping up-to-date with tax knowledge, championing knowledge sharing across the team

The Successful Applicant - ATT / CTA qualified with recent experience in UK practice
- Qualified by experience would also be considered
- A minimum of two years’ management experience
- Technically efficient across taxation
- Good project management and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, reliable and eager to progress
- A drive to deliver technical knowledge as a point of call for the team
- Confident in reviewing processes and improving systems to boost efficiency
- Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written
- Commercial business acumen
