Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow sales within assigned customer accounts.
Keep customer account information accurate and up-to-date.
Build strong relationships with customers to tailor services and products to their needs.
Proactively contact customers to introduce new and upcoming product releases.
Upsell products to increase sales and enhance customer experience.
Seek out new UK market opportunities to expand the customer base and drive sales orders.
Respond to customer queries via phone and email, offering clear and helpful assistance.
Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient communication and resolution of issues.
