Padding Pool Operative
Pay Rate: £13.15ph
Location: SM4 4AZ
Hours: 7:00am-5:30pm
Start Date: 15th July

Manpower are recruiting on behalf of our national client for candidates to join their Outdoor Maintenance team
There will be 3 specific locations to cover 3 times throughout the day. The role will include general maintenance of the pool and surrounding areas. You will be required to fill the pools in the morning, checking the chemical and chlorine levels and empty the pools at the end of your shift. You will also be required to maintain the upkeep of the area surrounding the pools, emptying bins, checking the toilets and litter picking.

A vehicle will be provided to cover your route which must be returned to the depot after each shift.

You will need to ensure a safe working environment is always maintained and carry out day to day maintenance and checks on all equipment as well as required paperwork.

The training offered includes on-the-job training and standard induction for best practice.

This is a 6 week assignment as it is a seasonal position.

To succeed, you will need:

Experience in a similar Grounds Maintenance role is desirable.
Previous experience within a public setting is preferred however not essential.
To be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Hold a full valid UK Driving License with no more than 6 penalty points.
Willingness to learn & open to training.
Safety conscious mindset is key.
