Our client is an established facilities maintenance company looking for a fabric engineer to join their team.

This is a static role working Monday to Friday, there is flexibility with starting times to fit around you.

What is required:

Any Trade qualification ( Carpentry / Plumbing etc) Desired
Legionella - L8 Desired
Experience of handyman and maintenance

Day to Day Duties:

Minor Elec tasks eg Emergency light testing
Minor Plumbing - washers, taps, unblocking toilets, unblocking stacks, installing new
Carpentry - hanging doors, new locks, architrave, window frames, boxing in,
assembling furniture
Tiling - floors, walls and Carpet tiles
Painting & Decorating
