All Square Recruitment are working with a reputable employer based in Ipswich who are recruiting an Administrator.

Working out of their busy distribution centre in Great Blakenham, You'll play a vital role in supporting all company distribution centres.

The Administrator role will include

* Managing and entering customer data with care, ensuring compliance with data protection policies.

* Coordinating customer deliveries as needed, ensuring a seamless service.

* Handling inbound and outbound calls with our driving teams, and occasionally communicating directly with customers.

* Escalating any delivery-related issues to the depot manager promptly.

* Assisting with various ad hoc tasks to support the team.

* Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, aligned with the delivery and warehouse teams, to provide continuous support.

Required Skills and Experience

* The ability to respond well to challenges throughout the day

* A strong work ethic

* Strong communication skills

* High level of numeracy and literacy

* Competent IT user - Specifically using Outlook

* The ability to adapt and learn how to use new IT systems

* Experience of multitasking and problem solving

* Experience of Customer service or other Administrative roles.
