Working with an amazing Housing Association who is looking for a Head of Financial Accounting and Control to join the Finance team.

Location: London

On-site Requirements: Hybrid

Salary: 100k

Key skills and responsibilities:

• Strong accounting controls and reporting experience within a regulated environment
• Background and experience within financial accounting
• Experience leading a team
• Practical experience in the preparation of statutory accounts and management of year end audit process
• Experience in creating quarterly cashflow reports for regulators and lenders
• Develop and monitor financial reconciliations and KPI reporting

What you will need:

• To be couple years post qualification with ACA, ACCA, CCAB or CIMA
• Skills in developing and managing internal controls and financial policies
• Strong leadership and communication skills
